Last week(end) in a very small nutshell.

I watched the eclipse with friends-it was a gorgeous burnt red at the best point:

I played a show at Javamonkey with Jackass Flats. It was fantastic! The place was packed and the guys from the band were genuine, fantastic people who were very supportive of my music and my ability to 'hold down the fort'.

I had a meeting at Whitespace Gallery (such a beautiful space) and should be helping them out in the near future... Then off to another recording session-worked on 'Holiday', one of the new tunes. Ate a huge platter of sushi with friends. On Sunday I finally escaped to one of my favorite thrift stores (Last Chance in Decatur) and made the most of the cheap prices and my girly mood. Basically, I bought a lot of fun clothes and found some splendid books.

I love this print, but couldn't justify spending $14.99 on it!

*Phew* I'm tired just remembering all that.
